• CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING : Less than a 24 hour notice prior to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment. This is non-refundable and non-negotiable. • NO SHOWS : If you do not show up to your appointment and do not have any communication with Amber, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service. To make a future appointment with Carolina Sass, you will have to pay a $60 deposit. This is non-negotiable and non-refundable. • LATE POLICY: Everyone is given a 15 minute grace period. If you are later than 15 minutes of your appointment.. you will need to reschedule out of respect of the clients after your appointment time. You will be charged 50% of the total service amount that you were requesting. This is non-negotiable and non-refundable.
